Acquiring a work of art is not merely an aesthetic or cultural act, it is also a strategic opportunity for your business.

By purchasing a work of art, you actively contribute to an artist’s reach and to the work of the gallerist. You become a key player in the artistic landscape, helping emerging talents to flourish.Strengthen your brand image
Integrating art into your professional spaces inspires your teams, impresses your clients, and enhances your company’s profile with a distinctive and powerful statement.Build lasting cultural assets
A work of art is an investment that enriches your company’s heritage while bringing a cultural and inspiring dimension to your premises.
Tax advantages: how does it work?
Article 238 bis AB of the French General Tax Code offers an exceptional opportunity:
- Companies that acquire original works by living artists and record them as fixed assets benefit from a phased tax deduction.
- Deduction : The acquisition price may be deducted from taxable income in the year of purchase and over the four following years, in equal instalments.
💡 Practical example: A work acquired for €10,000 allows an annual deduction of €2,000 over 5 years.
